The P2 with Single Kneading Vat is an Automatic Pasta Sheeter.The machine alone, with no further accessories, can mix ingredients to prepare Pasta Dough and automatically laminate it into a roll of pasta sheet with 168 mm width and 2,5 mm thickness.It is possible to use the Pasta Sheet Roll produced to:-Make Ravioli using the Ravioli Unit-Make Tagliatelle or Square Pasta Sheets for Lasagne or Cannelloni, by using the Automatic Pasta Sheet Cutter accessoryIt is also possible to equip the P2 with Single Kneading Vat with the Gnocchi Unit, thus adding the possibility to produce Gnocchi.Alternatively, It is possible to equip the P2 with Single Kneading Vat with the Multipasta Unit.The Machine can simoultaneously produce a new Pasta Dough and Sheet Pasta while it works with other Pasta Units.
